Alaa Fekry revealed that Beta Egypt Co. presented during the exhibition a new phase of its “Beta Greens” project in Mostaqbal City, east of Cairo, which is located on an area of 25 acres, with various models of apartments and villas, where apartment areas start from 127 to 235 square meters, and range from 2 to 3 bedrooms, as well as 371 square meters villas with private gardens
