Mohamed highlighted that the project is a distinctive architectural landmark, with Platoon Designs serving as the design consultant and Sekan for Engineering Consultancies was contracted as the execution consultant. Construction is scheduled to begin shortly

The cermony also saw the presence of prominent artists, including actress Menna Fadali and actor Nidal Shafei
