It will be completed in three phases and feature 650 villa units, including duplexes and townhouses. The villas, which offer ground-floor and three upper-floor layouts, have been meticulously designed to ensure privacy and independence for residents. The company is leveraging innovative design solutions, having enlisted one of the largest consulting firms in the United States to shape the project’s overall concept. Cornerstone has already completed 80% of The Curve project in the New Administrative Capital. The development spans 13 acres and includes approximately 550 residential units. It was one of the first projects in the R8 district. It was a prime location adjacent to the Green River and close to major landmarks such as the Mohammed bin Zayed Axis, the airport, the Republican Palace, and the government ministries

The Curve comprises four blocks, housing 15 buildings with a construction area of 100,000 square meters.
