Following the exceptional success of the 2025 edition, Kalila Exhibitions and Conferences is launching the first edition of the Nile Property Expo in 2026 in Doha, Qatar, under the patronage of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of Egypt.
The 19th Nile Property Expo will take place from February 12th to 14th, 2026, at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center, with the participation of 20 of the largest real estate development companies in Egypt and the Middle East. These companies will present a diverse range of residential and investment projects that meet the aspirations of the Qatari market and the growing demand for Egyptian real estate. The organization of the 2026 edition is based on the resounding success of the 15th edition of the Nile Real Estate Exhibition, held in May 2025. That exhibition marked a turning point, re-establishing a strong and organized presence for Egyptian real estate companies in the Qatari market after an absence of several years. The 19th edition has witnessed remarkable growth in the number of participating companies, reaching up to 50% compared to the Qatar 2025 edition. This clearly indicates the increasing confidence of developers and clients in the exhibition and its ability to deliver tangible results.
Participating in the 19th edition of the Nile Real Estate Exhibition in Qatar are companies such as Tatweer Misr, Orascom, Ora, SODIC, Al Qamzi, Sky Abu Dhabi, CRED, Al Karma, Wadi Degla, Beta Real Estate Development, Memaar Al Morshedy, Misr Italia, Nawi, Saudi Egyptian Construction, Beit Al Bahr, Amer Group, and Imarrae. Dr. Bassem Kalila, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kalila Conferences and Exhibitions, stated that Nile Real Estate has gained the trust of clients and investors worldwide due to its commitment to credibility and its selection of reputable companies.
He added that the company conducts studies of the highest professional standard to reach serious clients who are genuinely interested in purchasing and capable of fulfilling their financial obligations. This has contributed to making Nile Real Estate exhibitions the strongest in terms of finalizing real deals and supporting real estate exports.
He explained that the company continues its strategic partnership with Nawy in developing marketing solutions and reaching the targeted client base of companies. The percentage of clients attending exhibitions who come through the company’s marketing and advertising methods is 60%, while 40% come through Nawy.
Nile Real Estate continues to solidify its position as a leading platform for exporting Egyptian real estate, not only by showcasing projects but also by rebuilding trust, generating genuine demand, and achieving actual deals. This confirms that the return of Egyptian real estate to the Qatari market is no longer just participation, but a long-term investment partnership driven by organization, professionalism, and quality.
