Over 1 Bllion total views for real estate ads during Ramadan 2025
Etqan for Marketing and Business Consultancy has released its annual analytical report on real estate advertising during Ramadan 2025, revealing growth in the number of campaigns, increased corporate budgets allocated for advertising, and a significant rise in audience engagement and viewership
According to Etqan Consultancy, the number of real estate advertising campaigns during Ramadan 2025 increased by 50% compared to Ramadan 2024. A total of 33 campaigns were launched this year, compared to only 22 in the previous year — a clear indication of the real estate sector’s growing reliance on Ramadan season for consumer outreach and engagement
The report noted that total views across all real estate campaigns exceeded 1 Billion on social media platforms. Additionally, the total advertising budgets allocated during the month exceeded EGP 3.5 Billion, with individual campaign budgets ranging from EGP 5 Million to EGP 200 Million
Etqan Consultancy highlighted that these figures position real estate advertising as one of the most invested and influential sectors during Ramadan season. One of the standout trends this year was the prominent appearance of celebrities and their families, which added a strong emotional and human element to the campaigns. More than 70 public figures took part in the campaigns, helping increase their appeal and achieve record-breaking viewership rates

Etqan Consultancy also highlighted that several real estate developers maintained strong advertising presence across both Ramadan 2024 and 2025 seasons. Notable names included: Talaat Moustafa Group, Inertia, The MarQ Communities, Horizon Egypt, Al Ahly Sabbour, Madinet Masr, Hyde Park, Palm Hills, Mountain View, and El Morshdy Group
